Frequently Asked Questions

The length of time it takes to see results from sessions varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Georgia (1996) and Master's in Clinical Counseling from The Georgia School of Professional Psychology (1998).  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Georgia and certified in trauma therapy.  I have extensive training and experience working with individuals, couples, and families for over 27 years.

I provide counseling services for individuals ages 12 and up, including teens, and adults.

I accept all major credit cards and payment is expected at the time of service.  Credit Card information is saved in a HIPPA compliant/ highly secured platform.  The card is automatically charged the fee for service or copay, the evening that the service is provided.  Receipts are sent if requested.  

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancelation or rescheduling an appointment.  The first missed or late cancelation will be charged a rate of $50, and the second will be charged the full cash rate.
